THE SYNDICATE 2016 - Episode 3 - Ft. William8th JUN 2016

MINNAAR WINS BY 3.5 SECONDS!

On the heels of a less-than-memorable start to the season, Greg Minnaar roared back on Sunday, putting 3.5 seconds between himself and the closest competitor to take the win at Ft. William for the sixth time, and bringing his total number of World Cup wins to 19. The dry, dusty track led to some squirrely lines and big crashes as riders pushed themselves and their equipment to the limit. Ratboy was no exception, taking some hard crashes and punctures in training and qualifications, and riding to a steady 15th on Sunday. The weekend was also a special one for Steve Peat, competing in his final 'home' World Cup—he came down the hill in 29th overall to an absolutely massive cheer from the thousands of fans gathered at the bottom of the track.
